How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect exclusively to provide and improve our coaching services — to deliver personalized fitness and nutrition coaching, communicate about your program, track your progress, and fulfill our coaching obligations.

We will never: sell your personal data, use it for advertising, share it with marketing platforms, or use it for any purpose unrelated to your coaching.

We do not use advertising networks, social media trackers, or data brokers. If we integrate additional tools, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Your information is stored within Formspree and within our private email and coaching records. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including secure password-protected accounts and restricting access to only those who need it.

No method of internet transmission is 100% secure. In the event of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as you are an active client and for a reasonable period thereafter — typically up to 2 years after your last coaching engagement — to fulfill any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

You may request deletion of your data at any time. Note that we may be required to retain certain records for legal or compliance purposes even after a deletion request.

Your Rights

Regardless of your location, you have the right to access a copy of your personal information, correct inaccurate data, delete your personal data (subject to legal requirements), receive your data in a portable format, and opt out of any non-essential communications at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 13. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.

Section 08

Sensitive Health Information

Some information we collect — injury history, physical limitations, stress levels, and nutrition habits — may be considered sensitive health-related data. We treat this with the highest level of care and confidentiality.

This information is used exclusively by your Flint Performance coach to design your program. It is never shared with third parties for commercial purposes and never used in marketing without your explicit written consent.

Important: Flint Performance coaches are fitness professionals, not licensed medical practitioners. Nothing shared during coaching constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified physician before beginning a new fitness program, particularly if you have existing health conditions.

Minors

Our services are intended solely for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. All clients are required to confirm their age as part of our intake agreement.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our records.

Section 10

California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the CCPA provides you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, request deletion of your data, and be free from discrimination for exercising your rights.

We do not sell personal information. To submit a verifiable consumer request, contact us using the information in Section 13. We will respond within 45 days as required by law.

EU / UK Residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, our lawful basis for processing your personal data is contractual necessity — we need your information to deliver the services you requested.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe we have not handled your information correctly. By submitting your information from the EU or UK, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
